We have made special arrangements for the disabled and elderly, for some of whom standing in Broad Street for 90 minutes is not feasible.

Seating:
There will be a special area at the front where those who need to sit will be able to place collapsible chairs. Please note that we will not be providing chairs - you will need to provide your own, and also that we ask you only to bring collapsible chairs, since we need to be able to clear them away quickly in an emergency. Please also be prepared to follow the directions of the event stewards, who may guide you concerning where to sit.

Transport: 
There will be a 'dropping off' and 'picking up' area for the event outside Hertford College, on Catte Street. If you need to drop someone off near to Broad Street, please drive down Parks Road and on to Catte Street. After dropping off, you will need to turn around on the street and find somewhere else to park.
